Karachi is in the news again. On 31 March 2012 , people of Karachi decided to celebrate earth day with the international community. Why can't they share load-shedding with their fellow Pakistanis! Any answer please?
If you are in Punjab and feel that load shedding is exceeding limits you can share on this blog. Number of hours, Pakistan hours not the earth hours!
